To collect the equipment you must bring your booking confirmation, credit card and Photo ID.
If you lose your confirmation email please email us at [email protected] quoting your booking reference number and your dates. We will then send you a new confirmation email.
Yes. All of our equipment is from the leading golf manufacturers. We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with the best equipment from brands such as TaylorMade, Callaway, Srixon and Nike.
Each client is responsible for the equipment during the hire period. Travel Caddy will charge you the retail price of any item that is not returned. Damaged equipment will be inspected and if damage is wear and tear or a manufacturer default Travel caddy will cover the costs of repair. However, if equipment has been deliberately damaged or misused the renter will have to cover the full cost of repair or replacement. Travel caddy offer insurance at £5.00 per set, this completely covers the renter against any damage/breakage that accurs during the rental period, as long as the broken clue/clubs are returned with the rest of the set there will be no charges.
Our clubs are replaced every 12 months or sooner if needed.

All cancellations must be received via e-mail. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non refundable unless re booked for another date. Prior to this the 25% deposit will be kept and if paid in full the 75% will be refunded to you. Any additional equipment paid for, i.e balls & gloves, will be refunded.
We will send you an invoice to pay the final 75% via email. This must be paid before 28 days of your arrival.
Travel caddy will deliver your clubs to any location in the costa del sol, free of charge.
Travel caddy will collect your clubs from any location in the costa del sol, free of charge. This doesn't necessarily have to be the same as the delivery location.
